Maxweb was founded in 2005 after its founder, Joar Vatnaland, had spent 7 years working for a leading provider of software for the life sciences in Cambridge Science Park. A start as a franchise of a consultancy chain enabled Maxweb to get quickly up to speed with business processes. Later it was decided to change business model and become more of a nice operator.
